Holiday Tipping Guide from Our Friends for Our Friends...
I am usually a bigger tipper during the holidays, are you? In these days of employee cut backs and no or low bonuses, I usually give some of my favorite waiters and waitresses a more than 20% tip. Heck, they usually need a little extra spending cash too during the holidays.

Hey, why not tip your favorite REALTOR? Now that would be a trend starter. Better yet, call her (or him) or email and tell them , “I’m going to buy a home from you this next year!” Wow, that would make his or her day. It certainly would mine and put a little extra bounce in my step today.

It really is a great time to buy in the desert. All cash? What are you waiting for? At this website, several experts provide their opinions whether rates will go up or down over the next 30 days. It’s a good way to watch rates and help you lock in your rate when you’re ready.
